Jill Tager earned a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Jill has a teacher certification for Pre-school through 6th grade and additional units in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Jill also holds a Master's Degree in Education (focus in reading) from Boston University and is a Reading Specialist.

Jill's career began on the East Coast when her children were enrolled in a parent co-op preschool. Jill became President of the Board of the Early Child Development Center, which ran the school. She loved it so much that she began taking additional courses in ECE and found her first paid teaching position at the YMCA in Framingham, MA teaching 3-5 year olds. She then taught the Pre-K class at The Charles River School, a private Pre-K through 8th grade school in Dover, MA. After moving to California in 1985, Jill taught for a short time at The Old Adobe School in Sonoma before joining BACNS.

Michelle Blanc has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University. She has also received Clear Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, CLAD Certificate, ECE courses at SRJC and a Site Supervisor Child Development Permit. Michelle worked as an Electronic Technician for 9 years at Microsource in Santa Rosa. She was a paid intern at SRJC Childcare Center in a toddler room. She has been at BACNS since 2006.

Michelle enjoys getting to know the children as unique individuals and working with them on a daily basis. She appreciates the supportive families, and is especially thankful to be working with such a talented, professional and dedicated staff. She enjoys working on the school garden with parents and children.

Barbara Whitaker has a B.A. in Early Childhood/Elementary education from Michigan State University, and a Reading Certificate and CLAD certification from Sonoma State University. She has worked for the past 16 years in early childhood, public school, and Jewish education. Barbara has been a member of the BACNS community since 1997 when her daughter began in the Twos class! Barbara loves coming to work with the children and having the opportunity to work with such a warm, talented, knowledgeable, and amazing staff.

Connie Williams received her degree in early childhood education from Sonoma State University. She worked for the Extended Child Care, a before and after school program that had centers located right on school sites, for 15 years. Connie joined BACNS approximately in 2004. Connie enjoys being part of BACNS, as a community that values family.

Eve Rouverol has a B.A. in Journalism from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and an Education Specialist degree and CLAD certification from Sonoma State University. Following a 15-year career in book publishing, she has worked for the past five years in public elementary school. Eve feels blessed to be part of Beth Ami, a warm, integrated community, where she has found faith, education, and family very beautifully woven together. Because her kids are now older teens, she especially relishes the chance to work with the budding and exuberant 4s. Eve and Barbara have been close colleagues and friends since their shared days at Sonoma State in the early 1990s.
